This policy complies with UK Consumer Rights law and reflects how our bikes and products are supplied.

Returns Overview

You may return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging, including manuals and accessories.

To start a return, email info@forbiddencycles.com

with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

VanMoof Bikes

VanMoof bikes are assembled, tested, and collected in-store.

Because they are built to order, returns or cancellations are not available once assembly has begun.

Faulty VanMoof bikes are covered under warranty and will be repaired or replaced where appropriate.

Fiido Bikes

Fiido bikes are shipped directly from our supplier.

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the bike is unused and in original packaging.

Opened or ridden bikes may be subject to a restocking fee reflecting loss in value.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Accessories & Parts

Accessories, components, and apparel can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Installed or electrical components (motors, batteries, controllers) can only be returned if faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at info@forbiddencycles.com

within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned in acceptable condition.
