Workshop

Yes, booking is best. It helps us manage the workshop properly and gives you a confirmed slot. You can book online through the website.

You can, but we may not be able to look at it straight away. If the workshop is busy, we may ask you to book a slot or leave the bike with us.

Choose the closest option and leave us a note when booking. If the bike needs something different once we inspect it, we’ll let you know before starting extra work.

No, parts are charged separately unless stated. We’ll confirm any parts needed before fitting them.

Yes, we work on the mechanical side of e-bikes and diagnose selected electrical faults. This includes brakes, drivetrain, wiring checks, displays, error codes and power issues depending on the bike and system.

Yes, we work on VanMoof bikes, including servicing, diagnostics and selected repairs. Some parts and repairs depend on availability.

It depends on the work needed, parts availability and workshop schedule. Simple jobs can often be quick, while diagnostics, e-bike faults and special-order parts can take longer.

Yes. If we find extra work or parts are needed, we’ll contact you before going ahead.
Crash Assessments

Yes, we can inspect bikes after an accident and provide damage notes, estimates and supporting information where needed.

Yes, especially for non-fault accident claims where another party was responsible. We can inspect the bike, document the damage and help prepare the information needed.

If you are unsure whether it is safe, do not ride it until it has been inspected. Some crash damage is not obvious at first glance.
Shop Orders

Yes. Collection from our Wandsworth shop is available. We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Not always. Some items are kept in stock, while others may be ordered in or shipped from a supplier. We’ll update you if there is a delay.

Yes, UK delivery is available on selected items. Some bikes, framesets and bulky items may have different delivery charges.

Most eligible online orders can be returned within the legal cancellation period if unused and in original condition. Some custom, special-order, installed or used items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, or may have deductions for loss in value.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if relevant. Your statutory rights apply, and we’ll advise on repair, replacement or refund depending on the issue.
Cycle to Work

Yes, you can use Cycle to Work towards eligible bikes, e-bikes, accessories and, where your scheme allows it, custom builds.

No. Please contact us first so we can prepare the correct quote. Different providers handle fees and quotes differently, so the voucher amount may need to be adjusted.

Usually, yes, if they are eligible under your scheme. This may include locks, lights, helmets, racks, mudguards and other cycling accessories.

Custom Builds

A custom build can mean building a bike from a new frameset, building around a frame you already own, or rebuilding your current bike with different parts.

No. Tell us what you want the bike to do, what you already have and your rough budget. We can help shape the parts list from there.

Yes, but we’ll need to check compatibility and condition before confirming the build.

Sometimes. We’ll check what is worth reusing and what may need replacing.
