Do you repair and service VanMoof bikes in London?

Can you repair older VanMoof S3 and X3 bikes?

Yes. We still work on S3 and X3 bikes as well as newer VanMoof generations.
Older VanMoofs can need a bit more diagnosis because faults are not always as simple as the error code suggests, and parts availability can vary. We’ll tell you what is realistically repairable and whether the job makes financial sense before throwing parts at the bike.
Can I buy a VanMoof through Cycle to Work?

Yes. You can use an eligible Cycle to Work scheme towards a VanMoof bought from Forbidden Cycles.
Because different scheme providers charge different retailer fees and process vouchers differently, speak to us before applying for the voucher. We’ll confirm the bike, any accessories you want included, your provider and the correct voucher amount first.
